Kwasi (v.Quasimodo Z) door naar Den Bosch
In Ermelo zijn vandaag de eerste bezichtigingen voor de hengstenkeuring van start gegaan. De komende twee weken mogen de tweeënhalfjarige hengsten hun talent demonstreren en kunnen zij een ticket verdienen voor de prestigieuze hengstenkeuring in Den Bosch. Het spits werd afgebeten door de springhengsten en hierbij verscheen ook Kwasi (cat no. 242) in de ring. Deze Quasimodo Z-nazaat, in 2015 geveild op Veulenveiling Midden-Nederland, is gefokt door S. van Dellen uit Opende en medegeregistreerd op naam van Reini Tewis uit Westdorp. De donkerbruine hengst komt uit de merrie Tolocia ster prestatie (v.Lancelot), die tevens als moeder te boek staat van drie internationaal springende Tygo-nakomelingen: Bolocia (1.45m met Michel Hendrix), Applaus (1.40m met Paolo Santini) en Exclusief (1.45m met Shane Carey). Grootmoeder Olicia bracht onder andere het 1.60m Grand Prix paard Dolicia (v.Verdi TN) van Christian Ahlmann en het internationaal 1.40m paard Wembly (v.Guidam) van Nina Lindbak.
Kwasi heeft zijn talenten dus niet van een vreemde en liet vandaag in Ermelo met veel gemak een zeer constante verrichting zien. De goed gemodelleerde hengst was scherp en voorzichtig op het hout, waarbij zijn voorbeentechniek positief opviel.
De organisatie van Veulenveiling Midden-Nederland wil hierbij graag de fokker en eigenaar feliciteren met dit mooie resultaat!

Today, the KWPN first round stallion viewing started in Ermelo. During the coming two weeks the young stallions may demonstrate their talents and can earn a ticket for the prestigious KWPN Stallion Show in Den Bosch. The first breeding direction in the ring is the jumper stallions. In the last group Kwasi (cat. no 242) also made an appearance. This Quasimodo Z-offspring, in 2015 sold at the Dutch Top Foals sales, is bred by S. van Dellen from Opende and registered to Reini Tewis from Westdorp. The bay stallion is out of the mare Tolocia ster prestatie (s.Lancelot), that already produced three international showjumpers all sired by Tygo: 1.45m under Michel Hendrix), Applaus (1.40m under Paolo Santini) and Exclusief (1.45m under Shane Carey). Kwasi clearly has inherited his talent from his family and put up a constant performance in Ermelo today. The well-modelled stallion was sharp and careful in his jumping, excelling in his front leg technique.
