Farzana zilver in Lichte Tour KNHS Indoor Kampioenschappen
Mara de Vries wist ook deze KNHS Indoor Kampioenschappen weer eremetaal mee naar huis te brengen met de in 2010 in Lunteren geveilde Farzana G. Deze Ampère-dochter heeft inmiddels een behoorlijke lijst aan palmares opgebouwd. De WK-merrie liet op de eerste dag in Ermelo een proef met veel kwaliteit zien en behaalde daar de derde plaats. In de Kür maakten ze geen fouten en was de zeer expressieve draftour één van de hoogtepunten. De score van 73,792% betekende niet alleen nipt een tweede positie in deze klasse, maar ook het zilver in de algehele eindstand! Farzana G werd gefokt door M.G.M. Gerner uit Marienheem uit de Florencio-dochter Ashanti G, een volle zus van het Lichte Tour paard Chanel G.
For the third time in her career, Mara de Vries en the in 2010 auctioned Farzana G took home a medal at the national championships. The Ampère-daughter has built up quite a resumé and can add silver in the Small Tour to the list. As a finalist in last year’s World Breeding Dressage Championships for Young Horses, she showed a top quality test on the first day and claimed the third price. In the Freestyle no mistakes were made and one of the highlights were the expressionate trot tour. The score of 73,792% brought the duo the second place in this class and it guareenteed the silver in the overall position! Farzana G was bred by M.G.M. Gerner from Marienheem and comes out of the Florencio-daughter Ashanti G, a sister to the Small Tour horse Chanel G.
